  • Items should be unused, sealed (where applicable), and in original condition.
  • Health, personal care, and custom items may be non-returnable for safety reasons.

How to request

  1. Email us at admin@teresitaepuresanctuarium.site with your order number, photos (if damaged/incorrect), and a brief note.
  2. We will confirm eligibility, provide instructions, and share any shipping details needed.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll update you on approval, exchange options, or refund status.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or different from what you confirmed with our team, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refund method and timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when available, or via a mutually agreed channel.
  • Processing times may vary by bank or provider (typically 7–14 business days after approval).
  • Shipping fees are normally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For eligible items, we can process an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. We will reconfirm product color, size, or variant before finalizing the exchange shipment.

Return shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after eligibility is confirmed. If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, confirmed defect), we will cover reasonable return shipping or offer a suitable remedy.

Non-refundable situations

  • Items returned used, damaged, or missing components not due to transit issues.
  • Health or personal care products where seals are broken, unless defective.
  • Requests made beyond the stated timeframe without prior arrangement.
